How long does delivery take?Our Maximum Handling Time is: 2-4 Business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY) We provide Standard Shipping, Estimated Delivery: 5 to 8 Business days(MONDAY - FRIDAY)* (in regular seasons)

Can I return my order?Yes, returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you. Once we've received your return, we'll email you with a refund confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to cancel your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

How can I track my delivery?When you purchase from The Way of Clay Online you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to track your order on the Track my order session. You can also view the delivery status of your order.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
